Overview

Cintodac Capsule is used for Back flow of acid from stomach, Heartburn, Intestinal or stomach ulcers, Inflammation of esophagus, Excess acid secretion by stomach, Treatment of delayed gastric emptying, Treatment of functional dyspepsia, Difficulty in swallowing, Functional dyspepsia, Heart burn and other conditions. Cintodac Capsule may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Cintodac Capsule contains Cinitapride and Pantoprazole as active ingredients.

Cintodac Capsule works by acting as an agonist at 5HT4 serotonergic receptor, as an antagonist at 5HT2 serotonergic and D2 dopaminergic receptor; reducing the amount of acid produced in the stomach;

Precautions

Inadequate vitamin B12
Interstitial nephritis
Low amount of magnesium in the blood
Osteoporosis
