- Recommended: 5 mg once daily in the evening
- Maximum: 5 mg once daily in the evening
Children (6 - 11 years)
- Recommended: 2.5 mg once daily in the evening
- Maximum: 2.5 mg once daily in the evening

- Recommended: 5 mg once daily in the evening

Dosage for minor kidney issues
In this condition, the recommended dose is 2.5 mg once a day.
Dosage for moderate kidney issues
In this condition, the recommended dose is 2.5 mg once every two days.
Dosage for severe kidney issues
In this condition, the recommended dose is 2.5 mg once every three days.
